David is a qualified CIMA Management Accountant with a current institutes practising certificate. David currently works for the following companies:
David specializes in system implementation and design, with the emphasis on cost reduction using his experience gained while in his present role along with working experience previously gained from working in a range of varying industries.
David says: "In this age of increasing costs the key to fighting these are strong systems coupled with management controls. Proper well documented systems are your first step to gaining BS5750 or ISO9000 which all expanding businesses require."
These skills have been used to take one company from a small private company to part of a large listed plc. They have also encouraged David to invest in his own companies.
Between 11-May 1996 and 31-July 2001 David worked (via UFBS) as a consultant on a variety of different length interim management projects (the longest lasting fourteen months). The varied range of projects has help increase the range of skills he is able to offer to new assignments.
David is always looking for new assignments to enable him to help develop and grow UFBS and to build long term business relationships with his customers.
David charges on either a fixed hourly rate fee, a fixed fee for the job or a percentage of the savings on cost saving exercises. In this way your commitment is controllable by yourselves. Iinitial consultations are always free so you do not take any risk or commitment.
